Apex’s Current and Completed Projects!

The first project, Port of Ridgefield- Dept. of Fish & Wildlife, was awarded to Apex by 2KG Contractors in September. The 31,000 sq ft building is already underway with the groundwork plumbing already complete. In addition to the office and warehouse building, there is to be an 8,000 covered storage building. The rumor is the new facility is to be the Department’s new Headquarters.

The second project, Mt. Brynion FAA RCLR Replacement, is a smaller project with Equa-Solutions/DMS. This project consists of replacing the existing MARVAIR unit in a secured location for the FAA. We’re excited for this project to get going and starting a long term business relationship with DMS!

Thirdly, DW Excavating awarded Apex our 2nd job with them. Yakima Sportsman State Park will break ground this coming week. The project is another CXT Building, and Apex’s knowledge and experience with these facilities will prove to be cost effective and advantageous to all parties involved!

Last but not least, Apex will be doing Greenhill School’s Hot Water Piping Replacement. Architect and Engineer BCRA

Apex endorses CXT Buildings

Within 5 days of arriving on site, Apex hooked up and plumbed the Grant County Fairground’s new CXT shower/restroom buildings. These high quality modular concrete buildings are pre-built to the highest standards right in Spokane, Washington.

Grant County CXT

Not only are these buildings manufactured with materials to withstand high traffic use and intense weather, they are designed to be functional within a few days of arriving on site. In addition to providing multiple design options and functionalities, CXT has done a phenomenal job in assisting contractors and building owners with all the information needed for professional delivery and install. They even provide maintenance videos on their website on how to clean clean out faucets and flush valves.

Being the plumbing contractor on the GC Fairgrounds project, Apex is very impressed with the quality of the final product and ease of installation. These are a very cost effective way to add bathrooms, showers, concessions and more to any site. We know we’re going to see a lot more of these buildings around town.
